Bloom Outdoor Furniture Semarang is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to join our team in Semarang, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and leading a team to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports the company's business goals and targets the right audiences through various channels.
• Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure the team's success in executing marketing plans and campaigns.
• Oversee the creation and execution of all marketing materials, including print and digital advertising, brochures, email campaigns, and social media content.
• Manage the company's online presence, including website design and content, SEO, and social media channels.
• Work closely with sales and product development teams to develop effective marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and sales growth.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with the company's brand and messaging, and that all content and materials adhere to the company's standards and guidelines.
• Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources to maximise the impact of marketing campaigns and programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse data and metrics to inform marketing decisions.
• Experience in the furniture industry is a plus.
