Job Description:

• Perform the entire process of requesting, receiving, storing, and releasing goods in the inventory and production warehouses.
• Implementing Warehouse management (stock arrangement, FIFO & FEFO)
• Serve (supply) demand for goods for production activities.
• Doing stock opname regularly and periodically.
• Control and identified warehouse stock needs.
• Perform physical tidying of goods, location of goods and warehouse area.
• Maintain the security and cleanliness of the Warehouse area.
• Make monthly reports on stock and all activities in and out of goods in the warehouse inventory and production.
• Assist in the process of loading and unloading goods that will enter the warehouse.
• Ensure the condition of the goods that will enter and leave the warehouse in accordance with the feasibility standard.
• Coordinate with other divisions regarding the demand and need for goods.
• Coordinate with the head office procurement team regarding procurement, delivery and receipt of stock goods.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any majors.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse / inventory Senior Staff or supervisor in the field of fabrication or production is a plus.
• Understand the process of warehouse, inventory, and logistics, especially in the field of fabrication or production.
• Computer literate, especially Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Familiar in using operational software.
• Having leadership skill and confidence to take desicion.
• Having good communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent ability to work well independently or in a team atmosphere.
• Can drive a car and have SIM A is a plus.
• Preferably domiciled around the Payo Selincah area, Jambi.
