Roles

• Serve as the first point of contact for the business and for anyone involved in the project, so it’s important that they maintain a professional disposition at all times and are able to answer queries or requests for information regarding the project.
• Collaborate with the whole project team, contributing to the entire project lifecycle.
• Organize and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in secretarial studies / business management / communications
• Minimal 1,5 year experiences handling task related to administrative, project administration, customer service matters, technical documentation
• Potential for doing analytical and problem-solving
• Excellent in excel, power point, calculation, agile, proper communication and highly confidence
