• To Maintain cash inflow and outflow of bank, petty cash and prepare the relevant.
• Issue sales invoice once received signed DO from Operation.
• Sent the original document such as approved sales invoice, signed DO to the admin officer for mailing the original to customer.
• Send the invoice by email to customer.
• Prepare and submit the A/R Aging Schedule Report Weekly and monthly to Account Manager.
• Review credit/payment status of customers and follow up with overdue accounts, print the Statement of Account (SOA) report.
• Prepare payment of PO Vendor according to due date and journal petty cash report.
• Submit weekly and monthly payment schedule to Account Manager for review.
• Receive technician time sheet from Operation to calculate the overtime/allowance and submit to Manager for review.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Max 30 years old
• Good Command of English, both oral and written 
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office, understand Accounting Software will be an advantage
• Having experience 1-2 years in accounting field (preferably from Tax / Account Consultant).
