Hanwha Life Insurance, a most rapid growth Korea Life Insurance in Indonesia is now looking for Litigation & Claw Back Specialist with Senior Supervisor / Assistant Manager Level. The position requires the talent to possess requirement as follows:

Responsibilities:

• Assist and support head of Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Strategy department in delivery of advices on legal aspects within the company’s management and operational activities, especially relating to litigation aspect.
• Handle litigation (civil and criminal) cases, both inside and outside the court (Alternative Dispute Resolution) i.e. to prepare legal advice and legal opinion on legal cases in an appropriate manner, including to represent the company in attending any litigation cases.
• Assist in the investigation of fraud/miseling agent in relation to legal aspect (forgery, embezzlement, false production, false customer, etc).
• Maintain relationship and coordination with external parties for the interests of the company including OJK official, mediator or arbitrator (LAPS SJK), police, prosecutors, judge, court, and other law enforcement officials.
• Assist the company in handling claw back cases from insurance agents/partners in coordination with other related departments. This includes drafting and sending warning letters, claw back letters, and reminders to agents/partners.
• Monitor the progress of handling litigation and claw back cases for company’s management including to provide regular report to management relating thereto.
• Prepare and maintain licenses/permits required for the company’s business including monitoring the validity period of the permits that have been owned and/or preparing all required documents for renewal, OSS license and Trademark

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Minimum 3 years working experiences in financial industry or law firm
• Experience working as senior supervisor or assistant manager level
• Preferably having PERADI license or having taken PKPA course
• Excellent team work, integrity, and analytical thinking
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Power Point is a must)
• Knowledge of insurance industry and business process
• Good English communication skill
