·      Support the HSE Manager is undertaking:

·      Setting and coordinating site HSE Management standards, policies, KPIs and processes and thereafter validating compliance to these

·      Conducting regular inspections of the sites to determine whether any equipment, condition, practice, or process is a hazard to the health, safety, and environment of the employees. Discuss the findings of these inspections with supervisors and employees of the areas concerned and follow-up on the implementation of the necessary corrective action

·      Encouraging and coaching site leadership and managers to participate in similar activities

·      Involving in the incident investigations and facilitate communications, problem resolution, and appropriate feedback, both positive and corrective within the organization. Develop reports and communication of incidents and recommended preventative measures to be distributed within the organization

·      Participate in Emergency Response Team

·      Coordinate, monitor & evaluate training, and coach workshop, office, and field employees within organization to ensure appropriate skill level, to ensure adherence to principles, policies and standards to improve safety, health and environmental processes in a reliable and cost-effective manner

·      Assists various teams with Hazard Risk Assessment (eHRA) and Job Safety Analysis (eJSA) creation in support of operations carried out on site

·      Manage and monitor HSE Key Performance Indicators and lead and facilitate the process of continuous improvement of the processes and methods to reduce HSE incidents

·      Leads effort on site to ensure HSE orientation and training for contractors, visitors, customers and third parties

·      Actively ensure HSE requirements are being followed at site.

·      Assist on plan and lead all safety related activities. i.e., safety walks, monthly meetings, toolbox meetings etc

·      Support timely submission of monthly HSE KPIs for Subsea, REMS and Surface APAC

·      Ensure all HSE incidents are reported in a timely fashion and are fully investigated

·      Prepare and lead the HSE audits

·      Implementation of Customer’s HSE requirements as dictated by the contracts

·      Preparation and execution of HSE requirements in tenders

·      Participate in local SIFP team

·      Participate in local IMT

·      Cascade information and campaigns from corporate HSE

·      Support development of junior members of the HSE team

• University Degree (BA/MA or BS/MS) or equivalent, or relevant experience
• Hold AK3 Umum and relevant HSE Trainings & Certifications i.e., ISO 14k & 45 Internal/ Lead Auditor, Risk Management, Emergency Response, TOT, etc.
• Experience in organization, HSE standards, products, and relevant equipment
• Presentation and People management skills
• Excellent command of English language. Written & Verbal
• Good communication skills – Fluent in verbal and written English, strong leadership qualities, PC literacy and a positive and customer focused attitude to work
• 3 or more years of previous HSE experience in a manufacturing/service base environment including familiarity with maintenance and test specialties such as heavy lifting, working at heights, pressure testing material handling and rigging
• Familiarity of Industry Standards and relevant industry HSE regulations and requirements.
• Familiarity with behavioural based safety systems, risk analysis / job safe analysis methods, emergency response and crisis management procedures
• Excellent skills in problem solving, team building, ingenuity and initiative are required to coordinate problem resolution and to execute schedule requirements within a team environment
