Requirement :

• Maximal age 40 years
• Education minimal Diploma/Bachelor degree in civil.
• At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experienced/ qualified to at Building Services Engineer or equivalent, with Site Experience.
• Understand about structure and architecture.
• Strong client facing/ interpersonal skills.
• Flexible in approach and be able to work across a number of projects at one time.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Computer literate and familiar with Report Writing.
• Ability and commitment to effectively deliver to demanding timescales.
• An understanding of conditions of contract.
• Able to work under own initiative.
• Have a good understanding of Site Health and Safety & Procedures
• Resilience, determination and the ability to work well under pressure
