Key duties :

• Review, provide and submitted registration requirement to Ministry of Health and related authority, including monitoring registration status for new license or renewing current licenses.
• Handling domestic legality documents, import and export.
• Manage e-catalog, LPSE and requests through governement website.
• Fulfil additional requirements needed and consultation along with principal / governments
• Maintain good relationship with regulatory authorities, principal, and internal
• Support other administrative tasks and work

Qualifications :

• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Minimum bachelor degree preferable from Medical or Pharmacist (with minimum GPA 3.0).
• Minimum 2 years of working experience on Regulatory area (Fresh graduate are welcome).
• Familiar with regulatory, OSS, licensing, e-catalog
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Excellent interpersonal and team skills, ability to work with cross-function and cross-country team.
• Highly detailed & organized, analytical & problem-solving skills.
