Responsibilities :
Requirements :
- Prepares general ledger or journal entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts
- Prepares payments by accruing expenses; assigning account numbers; requesting disbursements; reconciling accounts
- Prepares internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system and from departments
- Maintains and balances an automated consolidation system by inputting data; scheduling required jobs; verifying data
- Ensuring the accuracy and correctness of financial accounting report through control the accounting process, review the monthly general ledger and balance sheet reconciliation, and yearly audit processes
- Support all the Finance & Accounting task on a daily basis
- Analyzes information and options by developing spreadsheet reports; verifying information.
- Reconciles order and bank account timely and accurately
- Provide accurate and informative management accounting reports to Local, Regional and HQ management for business decisions
- Input incoming and outgoing transaction effectively on a daily basis
- Ensures all invoice paid timely
- Ensure all tax reporting are filling in timely manner to tax office as comply to tax regulation
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree majoring in Finance/Accountancy/Tax/Fiscal Administration or equivalent
- Having minimum 3-5 years experience as Public Accountant, working experience both in Finance & Accounting is a plus
- Preferably to have experience in Trading Heavy Equipment
- Proficient in IFRS and statutory accounting standards, relevant internal control , and Tax Regulation
- Proven experience in operating Ms. Excel, or any Accounting Software/System (SAP) and Accurate
- High initiative, responsible, and agile.
- Good communication and proficiency in English
