GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in psycological ,HR Management or related S1 minimum
• Maximum 35 Yers Old
• Strong Verbal communication & coordination with other departement
• English & computer literate
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT

• Fully understanding of HR Management concept & practice in manufacturing industry
• Deep knowledge,Understanding & Immplementation in job grading,job evaluation,job measure and other related subject connected to organization development & salary structure
• Good knowledge in HR statistic report
• Independent type of working
• Konowledge in talent management would be an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Assist HR Manager in collaborating with users in developing job grading,job evaluation,& job measure/Value
• Reporting the progress of project and its obstacles
• Assist HR Manager in preparing organization succesion & career path
• Updating job description to each job
