Responsibilities:

·Responsible for reading site plans, project meetings, job sheets and documentations needed for the preparation of necessary equipment for the specified job.

·Responsible for checking and maintaining regular maintenance services in order to make sure that the construction is working right.

·Calls clients and inform them about the progress of the construction and other relevant information and details regarding the structural development.

·When job calls, he is the one who is in charge of solving practical problems as well as in detecting and repairing system faults.

·Installation engineer is also responsible for making those updates which the team leader needs according to the progress of the construction as well as the technical support when needed.

·Participate in every external site teams meetings and even within the company itself.

·Responsible in informing and showing the clients all the progress reports of the construction as well as handing out manuals.

·Responsible for providing preventive maintenance such as checking the fuel injection pumps, electrical systems, changing and checking parts to avoid breakdown.

·Responsible for analysis and evaluation on the measuring instruments or machinery to establish if there is need for repair, service needed or replacement of parts.

·Responsible for outsourcing spare parts for the equipment or machinery & outsourcing quality and cost efficient suppliers.

Requirements:

·Candidate must possess at least a diploma or bachelor degree in engineering (electrical / electronic / mechanical), or equivalent.

·Language used Indonesia & English (Required) and if able to speak Japanese it would be advantages.

·Maximum 30 years old & Experience minimum 2 years as service engineer.

·Preparing and completing reports on repairs, service check and spare parts replacement for reference.

·Test or evaluating the performance of the equipment after it has been serviced to determine that it functions at its optimum level.

·Notifies or locates customers with delinquent accounts and attempts to secure payment, using postal services, telephone, or personal visit.

·Mails form letters to customers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.

·Confers with customer by telephone in attempt to determine reason for overdue payment, reviewing terms of sales, service, or credit contract with customer.

·Notifies credit department if customer fails to respond & Contacts delinquent account customers in person.

·Records information about financial status of customer and status of collection efforts & Have a driving license and can drive a car smoothly and good.

·Orders repossession or service disconnection, or turn over account to attorney.

·Receives payments and post amount paid to customer account.

·Traces customer to new address by inquiring at post office or by questioning neighbors.

·Willing to be located in Jakarta or Cikarang area.
