- Creative and innovative to create a new menu
- High concern with hygiene & quality standards
Responsibilities
- Implement Jr Sous Chef and company policies
- Organize and ensure kitchen operational activities run according to SOP
- Create inventory plans, control stock of materials and waste
- Responsible for handling problems in the kitchen
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the kitchen leader's
- Provide coaching and training to improve the skills of leaders & staff
