YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Capable of communicating with directors and other team members

· Prepare design & technical drawings and solutions to complex architectural and interdisciplinary problems

· Very creative and talented in design skils

· Develops, checks designs and details

· Site visit routine

· Coordinate and collaborate with project engineering, consultants, contractors, and jurisdictional regulation authorities

· Produce high-quality construction drawings in terms of both technical aspects as well as drawing standard

· Controlling tasks for Architectural material, finishing, civil works & structure details

· Assisting in planning & designing with principal

· Managing design from concept to completion.

· Developing and presenting design proposal.

· Adjusting designs and plans to meet the principal need.

· Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and constructions documents.

· Can do collaboration with other consultant and construction professionals.

· Very Good with 3D Skills (Sketchup and Lumion)

YOUR QUALIFICATION:

· Minimum Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Design/Creative Multimedia, or equivalent

· Minimum 5 years of work experience

· Excellent skills in Sketch up, 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD, and basic hand sketching

· Expert in oral & written communication (English & Indonesia)

· Great multi-task ability and work towards multiple deadlines

· Highly motivated, good individual and team working skills

· Applicants must be willing to be interviewed and work in Bali, Indonesia

Job Types: Contract, Full-time
