A.  JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.     Lead our marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects.

2.    Develop plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting department goals.

3.    Crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative

4.   Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends.

5.    Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts.

6.    Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)

7.    Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.

8.    Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.

9.    Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels.

10. Assist in analysing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.

11.   The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.

12.  Perform other duties as assigned by CEO.

B. Requrements:

1.        Excellent English Skills

2. Have similar background as Marketing Manager min. 3 years

3.        Have working experience in woodworking (furniture) industry is preferable

4. In-depth computer skills

5. Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind experience in marketing & communications

6.        Creative and Innovative

7.        Excellent communication, public speaking, presentation skills

8. Have min. D3 backgorund knowledge
