Job Description:

• Implementing the department's annual plan, KPI, ensure the effective implementation of the subordinate work
• Implementing the company's and department's safety policies, ensure the effective implementation of personnel, materials, facilities and other safety work
• Real-time monitoring and analysis of inventory, to ensure consistent account/card/material, to ensure effective disposal of overdue materials and sluggish materials
• Formulate and implement annual/quarterly/monthly/self-inventory inventory plans, and analyzed and confirmed inventory results
• Warehouse site regional planning and logistics route planning, improve the overall storage capacity of the warehouse
• Allocate subordinate manpower according to the company's orders, trained subordinates' business skills, reasonably deployed personnel, and improved per Capita efficiency
• Monitor the compliance of staff procedures, implement performance appraisal, and improved team cohesion and execution
• Complete other tasks assign by superior leaders

Requirements:

• Maximum age 32-40 years
• Bachelor degree any major
• Preferably experience in retail company
• Good communication in English, written and spoken and speaking
• Familiar with ERP, WMS, MES, FIFO and other system logic and operation
• Strong sense of overall situation and teamwork
• Strong data analysis ability
• Familiar with warehouse management business process and knowledge of warehouse management, master basic financial knowledge
• Awareness of risk control and cost efficiency
• At least 5 years warehouse supervisor working experience in large and medium-sized enterprises
• Have successful implementation cases of automation or lean production
