• Arrange pre-medical for new joiner
• Job posting, coordinating with the team and line manager for any new open position, conduct pre-interview for candidates
• Screening Candidates
• Recording training
• Prepare and coordinate with plant admin for training logistics.
• Coordinate with Facility Management and GA for corporate event
• Translation checking for articles
• Create content for internal communication

What we are looking for:

• University student in Business Studies, Public Relations, Administration or related fields
• Solid MS Office skills
• Good communication and writing skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Well-organized and able to think independently
• Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
• Run day-to-day HR Operation
