Lowongan Construction Supervisor di PT China Harbour Jakarta Real Estate Development

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
• Conduct project quality defect inspection, analyze the cause and propose the rectification plan
• Oversee the repair of quality defects and manage the acceptance process
• Assess potential risks, materials and costs
• Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required

Job Requirements and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, civil engineering technology, or similar
• At least 8 years experience as Site Engineer on Construction Project
• Have competencies in Civil and understand for MEP Works as added value
• In-depth knowledge of construction industry regulations
• Project management and supervision skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•  Able to visit construction site outside of business hours, when relevant
• Familiarity with AutoCAD
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
