CONTENT CREATOR & SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

Job Descriptions:

1.   Organizes and plan brand identity content for the whole brand under Mothersco

2.   Research and create content mood boards to specify the Brand image.

3.   Execute content creating based on the mood boards

4.   Analyze performance and create feedback based on content created  

5.   Plan projects and photoshoots for product or campaign launches on social media.

6.   Hands on in all aspects of content creating

7.   Responsible in the process of creating company's content on social media: TikTok and Instagram

8.   Shoot digital video of Maternity Baby & Kids both on model and as flats used for social media platforms

9.   Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement

10. Work closely with the Creative and Social team on all concepts, ideas and execution

11. Understand deadlines and schedules in order to help prioritize product in a high-volume environment

12.  Create Report of Social Media Activity, engagement, insight, followers, etc.

Qualifications:

1.   Maximum 28 years old    

2.   Experience in Fashion Industry 1 / 2 years    

3.   Creative Thinking

4.   At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience as a Content Creator or similar role in a Baby & Kids Needs or an E-commerce Industry

5.   Able to use creative software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe after Effect, Adobe Light room, Adobe Photoshop.

6.   Able to create content which can make an impact through storytelling.

7.   A team player and able to work in a fast-paced, high volume and deadline-driven.

8.   Approaches challenges and demands with a flexible, problem-solving and positive attitude.

9.   Quality orientation and high attention to detail

10. Proficient communication skills, both in Bahasa and English.
