Job Description
Qualification
- Provide assistance regarding the international standard to be maintain in company : ISO 45001 (2018) and ISO 9001 (2015)
- Develop such policies that comply with the international standards
- Provide support with Environmental, Health, Safety and Security programs to build the document system including working procedures, instructions and regulation to comply with ISO
- Implement and manage an effective compliance program.
- Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
- Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
- Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
- Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
- Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
- Document control of company procedures and projects
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as ISO Consultant or have involved in ISO Certification.
- Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
- Brilliant oral and written communication skills in English.
- Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail.
