Lowongan Communication Admin di PT Atlas Copco Indonesia

Responsibilities for Communication Admin:

1.      Answer and responds to all customer query in timely manner and provide accurate information

2.      Accountable for assigning lead to the correct territory

3.      Responsible to keep up to date with product knowledge and territory implementation

4.      Communicate with customer to get the requirement, create user story with clear expectation from customer for sales engineer to work on

5.      Do follow up communication with customer if additional information is required

6.      Responsible on recording said lead with the correct information into our CRM system

7.      Communicate internally with Sales Engineer to make sure lead status is up to date

8.      Make sure all data that coming in on our CRM is correct and up to date

9.      Complete related data to our database to support marketing activities

10.  Support other communication activities when needed

Requirement

1.      At least 1 year experience in position that communicate daily with end user – fresh graduate welcome to apply

2.      Know how to operate MS Office

3.      Can do attitude

4.      Attention to detail

5.      Good communication skills and a problem solver

6.      Someone from engineering background will be an advantage
