Lowongan Field Service Area di PT Piaggio Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Supervise & enforce service dealer network in order to increase and maintain compliance to Piaggio standards
• Assist dealers to increase service level, customer satisfaction, service units and revenue
• Conduct proactive communication which includes the request for FTIR, warranty inquiries and other tehnical and non-technical 
• Based on approval from manager, conduct visits to dealers for direct observation
• Liase with dealers and internal Piaggio in case of customer complaint handling
• Conduct periodic evaluation (audit) to measure dealer's aftersales compliance and provide feedback on how to improve 
• Accepts other responsibilities as requested by the Managing Director / Director
• Ensuring dealers to achieve the targets given

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering
• Experienced in the same or similar position, minimum 2 years (preferably from the 2W automotive industry)
• Have experience in Product training and communication
• Able to travel frequently or as needed
• Great to excellent command in English
• Attentive, with strong interpersonal skills
• Willing to work under a contract for the first year
