Lowongan LEGAL STAFF (Entertainment Field) di PT Digital Technology Advertising Indonesia

REQUIREMENT :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree majoring in Law or equivalent.
• Good Communication in English
• Minimum 2 years of working experience aas Legal in Entertainment field
• Significance Experience in drafting legal documents both in English and Indonesian
• Good legal knowledge in Entertainment law, Indonesian corporate law, particularly contract law, and company law
• Certified PERADI License is a plus
• CAN BE JOIN ASAP (LESS THAN 1 MONTH NOTICE)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review draft of contract or agreement (Brand Ambassadors, Endorsment, Talent, Partnership, Investment) and other legal documents
• Handle legality process in terms of Intellectual property rights.
• Providing legal support to other departments in day to day business operations or daily activities
• Dealing problem between company and other parties relating to law both litigation and non litigation 
• Constantly research and updates on relevant laws and regulations especially in Entertainment filed
• Support and assist business units to negotiate contracts with label or production house
• Estsiablish, review, and update internal policies, rule, or regulations related to legal and compliance matters.
