Lowongan Leasing Admin for Plaza Senayan di PT Senayan Trikarya Sempana

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Involved in all leasing matters, focusing on administrative tasks and legal aspects of retail leasing
• Prepare all documents, agreements, reports, and maintain database
• Assist the leasing process and maintain relationship with tenants and prospective tenants
• In charge of all leasing documents and agreements

Qualifications:

• Degree in Law
• Background in law or administrative works is a plus
• Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications – spreadsheets, word processing, power point, and database management
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
• Proven experience in producing correspondence and documents in English
• Proven experience in information and communication management
• High attention to details, good time management, strong planning and organization skills
• Good knowledge of retail brands and up to date with retail / fashion and F&B trends
