Job Description:

• Manage store to prove a high standard of commercial & personnel function.
• Implement and monitor SOP compliance of recruitment, training development, promotional, finance, stock, operation to ensure the store comply with the policy
• Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance
• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirement :

• Having experience min. 5 years in Supervisory or Managerial role, in retail industry or retail bike cycle will be an advantage
• Strong leadership skills with a proven record of motivating staff.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point
• Able to work under target and pressure.
• Easy going person and pleasant personality
