Deskripsi Pekerjaan


Responsibilities:

  • Achieve allocated Sales Target as well as organize, plan, and manage the tele sales activities of cable product in the country.
  • Perform Indoor Sales tasks as per management guideline.
  • Maintain and develop assigned customer base and territory which aim significant increment of active customers.
  • Ensure customer database well managed in SAP and C4C system.
  • Ensure that C4C system is actively used in day to day activities.
  • Conduct sales by prospecting, qualifying and generating sales in coordination with country sales support team.
  • Conduct proper telephone etiquette.
  • Creating quotation as requested by customer, negotiating, and closing the sales.
  • Manage requests for information and online presentations
  • Identify appropriate contacts, qualify and drive leads through the sales process.
  • Expand contacts through phone call/meeting/other sales activities and ensure the correct information encoded properly into the system.
  • Coordinate with customer service team on orders, returns, shipments and products.
  • Provide commercial and technical collaboration with all members in the tele sales team whenever required.
  • Understand customers business, behavior and company structure to provide a solution through efficient technical and commercial service/support.
  • Create and maintain the reputation of the products and increase JJ-Lapp brand awareness in the market.
  • Maintain and develop close relationship with customers to gain clear understanding of customer needs through on site visit whenever required.
  • Create and maintain fair, democratic, and good working environment with the indoor team members.
  • Maintain a cohesive and stable indoor workforce in the Country.

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma/bachelor degree qualification
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in Telemarketing, Purchasing Sales Administration, or Customer Service
  • Able to work independently, responsible and as a team player
  • Good communication skills
  • Good command of English and Bahasa
  • Computer literate, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Working knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
