REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology or related field of study
• Minimum 8 years experience as HR Generalist
• Age range 30-40 years old
• Experienced in implementing HR strategic projects, such as organization development, talent management, job grading, salary adjustment, and sales incentive scheme
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, communications skills, and a people person
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good understanding of Indonesia Labor and Employment Laws
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Bahasa and English

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Able to manage the OSS RBA system
• Have the ability in Assessment level and overall
• Manage and take responsibility in general HR function
• Review and revise HR functions
• Determine, monitor, and enforce company policy
• Perform Job Analysis, competency setting, performance appraisal, and salary structure
• Benchmarking to design compensation & benefit scheme
• Advise to management regarding organization and talent development
• Ensure that HR process including performance management system are aligned with business goals
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and across the organization
