Manage, designs, develops and implements learning and development programs that support the full employment lifecycle.

Responsibility:

1. Manage and handle the implementation of employee development activities from A-Z (promotions, rotation, training, etc.)

2. Manage and develop training materials

3. Develop employee competency development strategies

4. Manage employee career development and succession planning.

5. Manage Performance Management System

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Industrial Engineering or Human Resources with min GPA 3.00 from reputable universities

2. At least 5 years of working experience as Learning & Development or People Development

3. Having TOT or MOT certificate will be advantage

4. Fluent in English

5. An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability

6. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

7. Attention to detail and a ‘can-do’ attitude
