Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, or Law major.
2. Experience in Risk Management from Capital Market or Financial Industry.
3. Strong analytical skills, management skills, communication skills, data analytic skills, numerical planning skills, communication skills, presentation skill, organizational skills.
4. Having knowledge in OJK regulation policy and financing risk.

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain a risk management framework, policies, methods, tools, and techniques
• Facilitate and support the preparation of risk profiles for each Division / Department
• Monitoring & reporting new risk and following up risks that haven't been resolved
• Provide a daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly risk profile report with report analysis
• Establish BCP (Business Continuity Planning)
• Work together with other organizational line of defense (i.e Legal, Compliance, Business, and technology, etc.)
