Job Description :

• Managed and support maintenance of server storage system 24/7.
• Responsible for the daily operational of Server & Storage, support, troubleshoot, checking, reporting anda monitoring.
• Use advanced technical skills to analyze the IT Environment, perform gap analysis, and recommend and implement systems architecture solutions to better enable the achievement of tactical and future-state needs.
• Use advanced skills to set and implement governance and standards to be used by leaders and technical professionals.
• Create and update all architecture design, analysis, refinement, and documentation work.
• Build strong intradepartmental relationships.
• Build and maintain strong vendor / contractor relationships.
• Manage and support small to large IT projects.
• Set priorities and goals for the entire functional area.
• Ensure systems stay current with industry best practices.
• Advocate process and solutions for continuous improvement.
• Ensure uptime and optional performance of server & storage based on SLA.
• Evaluate infrastructure and recommend improvement to keep pace with growth.
• Manage and support hardware refreshes and upgrades.
• Manage and support maintenance of server storage systems.
• Manage and support alert and escalation process.
• Manage and support asset tracking and inventory.
• Build report, dashboards, and scorecards to ensure the our systems health.
• Manage and support the vendor on-boarding process and ongoing vendor relationships.
• Manage and support in establishing SLA and metrics dashboard including quality measurements. Regularly reviews and evaluates internal and external Service Level Agreements to identify areas of improvement.
• Execute and support change requests of the MTI Server Storage System.
• Fix and support PCI DSS activity.
• Fix and support vulnerability assessment.
• Provide and support document for Memo and RFP any projects.
• Give a training for staff

Requirement :

• Age between 25-32 years
• Bachelor Degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analyst or a related field of study.
• Minimal experience in the related field 5 years
• Willing to work shifts
• Have IT certification is a plus point
• Knowledge of industry best practices in IT Operations.
• Experience support to assist, troubleshoot, or diagnose complex issues in all areas of IT.
• Flexibility to provide support after normal business hours and respond to emergency work requests in critical situations.
• Responsible for the prompt resolution of all issues brought to the attention of the department and notify senior leadership of non-routine problems and/or issues.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Extensive experience in managing through a crisis.
• Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
