Lowongan Mall Manager di PT Sri Tanaya Megatama

Main Responsibilities :

a) Manage overall operational in shopping mall area including building facilities, housekeeping, building maintenance, tenancy relations, digital marketing campaigns, event and promotion, space leasing/ casual leasing, safety & security

b) Maintain good relationship with all department within the Mall especially leasing to increase Mall profit income

c) Responsible to increase mall traffic by running effective marketing communications/events/campaigns/ digital marketing activities to build positive and attractive brand images.

d) Leading technical & operational staffs to optimize building performance with effective & efficient cost

e) Provides optimal customer services by solving customer complaints in order to achieve excellent customer satisfaction

f)  Maintain monthly operational budget

Requirements :

a) Maximum 45 years old

b) Candidate at least bachelor's degree on industrial engineering or any major

c) Minimal 7 years experience as Mall Manager in high-rated Shopping Mall is a must.

d) Candidate must have excellent leadership skill, good analythical skill, problem solving skill and also humble and service-oriented person

e) Candidate must have wide experience all operation matters in a shopping mall including :

   i. Marketing Communication, Event & Promotion also Digital Marketing activities

   ii. Leasing & Casual Leasing

  iii. Customer Service & Tenancy Management

  iv. Housekeeping Management

   v. can build good relationship with governement

  vi. Strong capabilities for Building Engineering

f) Willing to work in weekend or public holliday

g) Willing to placed in branch
