Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, filling of documents, book keeping and tax reporting
Handle Full set of Accounts, month-end closing.
Prepare monthly and yearly financial and management reporting.
Prepare annual financial reports and annual tax reports. As well as managing the audit process with external auditors
Perform payroll administration & HR matters
Perform calculations related to payroll (allowances, basic salary, PPH21)
Monitor and update outstanding payments, collections and recoveries
Administer all financial transactions, budget preparation, bank reconciliation
Any other ad-hoc duties.
Able to work independently without guidance

Job Requirements:

Bachelors or higher degree in Accounting or Finance
Strong understanding of accounting and tax theory
More than 3 years accounting/finance experience
Preferably candidate with Tax knowledge and experience (PPh 21, 22, 23, 25, 26, 29; PPN)
Highly detail-oriented and organized in work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command in English both verbal and written
Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from Supervisor to accomplish objectives
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives within the specified deadline, while maintaining quality at all times
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem-solving, and results.
