Deskripsi Pekerjaan


Job Scope:
To support the Head of HR in managing HR activities including maintaining HR information system and databases, facilitates learning and development activities, lead and/or support various local and regional HR projects, support HR administration and the implementation of ISO (9001 and 27001) audits in FID.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Update, maintain, and troubleshooting all HR-related system/applications and conduct all UAT test related to HRIS systems
  • Maintain and update employee master data (transfer, hiring, termination) in all applicable platforms and prepare reports accordingly
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives and activities
  • Manage assigned local and regional-led projects
  • HR admin support such as prepare documents for tender purposes and assists in employee health insurance process
  • Coordinate HR operation process and audit of ISO 9001: 2001, ISO 9001:27001

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major, preferably from Psychology or Human Resources Management with a valid BNSP HR certification
  • At least 3 years as HR Generalist, preferably has experience in handling HRIS and/or learning and development
  • Excellent MS Office especially MS Excel and PowerPoint, knowledgeable in SAP (and/or SAP SuccessFactors) is preferable
  • Fluent English in addition to excellent written and verbal communication
  • High orientation to detail, efficient administration and people management skills
