Lowongan Trade Marketing Manager di PT Anugrah Indo Mandiri

Responsibilities:

• Create a demand for products across various channels before they reach the consumer
• Creating and implementing the trade marketing strategy
• Managing the promotional plan, identifying new promotional opportunities
• Working closely with the marketing team to commercialize brand plans, looking at pack formats, pricing and promotions
• Developing commercial toolboxes, including sell-in materials for the sales teams, and in-store (POS) materials for the retailers
• Managing the trade spend and allocating the Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budget across all channels/customers
• Segmenting the customer base and working closely with P&Ls to optimise channel strategies and maximise ROI
• Have contacts in Modern Trade in Store Managers and Supervisor
• Ability to plan and make forecast
• Independently handling end-to-end marketing activities from developing strategy, planning, execution, monitoring and evaluation
• Communicating actively with the principle (Marketing activity, plan, promotion budget, etc)
• Responsible to develop brand strategy, identify target and lead go to market plans executor

Qualifications:

• Business/Marketing degree/diploma in marketing or a related field
• At least 2 years working experience in Trade Marketing
• Understand and manage budgets and P&Ls
• Generate actionable insight from a range of data
• Develop and implement a plan, and continuously adapt to optimise results
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Skilled in Ms. Office especially in Ms. Excel
• Able to work independently and in a team as well 
• Must be fluent in English.
• Willing to work on Saturday
