Lead and manage the Health Safety and Environment functions in providing both a reactive and pro-active, multi-skilled team on all quality aspects of HSE while keep on working collaboratively with all department to achieve Company objectives.

Manage the team on technical best practices and establish standard operation procedures whilst also mentoring and leading the HSE team. Implement continual improvement on all aspects of environmental system and health & safety system including working practices and processes.

Responsibilities :

General Management

• Lead and guide the HSE team for doing their tasks and when the team require directions.
• Act as Management Representative in HSE aspects. Any matter related to this function, to report directly to the President Director. 
• Manages and ensures that proper HSE System is well implemented in all company area, include site project (such as : OHSAS 18001, SMK3 and its related procedures).
• Implement and measured to ascertains the proper operation of safe working condition, Health Safety and Environment (HSE) requirement and/or regulations;
• Manage the audit and follow up for improvement;
• Manage HSE system data storage in a structured order to ease the reference process in supporting problem solving in timely manner and maintain high levels of standards and accuracy. 
• Initiates root cause analysis in all HSE aspects that can lead to problem solving, especially on major issues on projects and process/system failures. 
• Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility
• Ensure KPIs are met by working to the overall plan, including management of it, and reporting.
• Ensure that the function operates in accordance with any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff and visitors. Ensure the job safety analysis is developed and effectively implemented.

Job Qualifications :

• Ideally a Bachelor Degree from any major, preferable come from K3 / Public Health.
• A minimum 10 years working experience in steel structure manufacturing industries or relevant industries.
• Requires tact and organizational ability to coordinate the operational issues with numerous functional department.
• Requires the initiative/intuition to analyze feedback information from people and systems, anticipates potential obstacles to success and implement preventive measures or corrective action on a timely basis.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Verbal and Written) and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Good knowledge and experience with Total Productive Maintenance method.
• Computer literacy using Microsoft Window Software (such as MS-Office).
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent in OHSAS 18001, SMK3, ABMS (Anti Bribery Management System).
• Excellent team work and people skills.
• Strong character with the ability to professionally convey and influence technical decisions of the top management.
• Have the ability to evaluate sufficiency and validity of information and act according without being remind to do so, also in this manner always provide management with useful information.
• Ability to discuss health safety & environmental matters at the highest levels with management, production, suppliers and subcontractors.
