Job Descriptions:

• Prepare, drafting, and manage contract and legal documents for company, clients, and employee
• Review any agreement, contract, MOU, and other legal document and keep update from any regulation (company, client, vendor, government)
• Analyze the law issues: deep analysis and problem solving as legally

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree of Law or equivalent with GPA minimum 3.30/4.00
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Understanding of licensing company, etc
• Understanding about Business Law / Corporate Law, Legislation and Regulations
• Fluent in English both oral and written is a must (TOEFL score min. 550)
• Computer Literate (MS Office)
• Dynamic, detail, and responsible
• Having strong analytical, good communication, and negotiation skill
• Proactive, initiative, multitasking and hardworking
