Lowongan Management Trainee - Internal Audit di PT Indo Partners Plantation Services

We welcome motivated and potential Fresh Graduates/Associates to join and grow with us as Management Trainee - Internal Audit in our growing Agriculture organization.

You will be responsible for:

• Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process
• Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
• Maintain open communication with management and audit committee
• Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum
• Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions
• Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
• Other ad-hoc tasks

What you could offer:

• Bachelor/Master degree holder, preferably majoring in Finance/Accounting, Engineer from reputable University.
• Fresh Graduates or Associates with 1-3 years of working experience in audit function are welcomed.
• Ability to process large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports. Ms. Excel skill is a must.
• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to have independent judgement and good communication.
• Can-do attitude with positive and growth mindset.
• Agile and open with challenges as learning opportunities.
• Mobile and look forward to be based across Indonesia (Pontianak/ Balikpapan/ Palangkaraya/ Pekanbaru).
