[IT SUPPORT MANAGER - SEMARANG]

Job Description:

1.      Manage IT Support operation 24 hour (network, server, desktop)

2.      Strategic planning for each IT Support needs including site expansion

3.      Capacity planning related to IT infrastructure and development for yearly plan

4.      Responsible for all IT Support activity for each unit in ITS to supporting internal and external department

5.      Advisory and monitoring IT services to all departments needs and operations

6.      Proposed and monitoring IT Support requests and need for supporting other department, Project and other site.

7.      Analyze request and troubleshooting that received by IT Support team to provide new strategy and or improvement

8.      Establish communication with IT vendor to provide suitable solution and its cost

9.      Advisory and plan for new technology that suits to business/operation needs and client/project requirements

10.   Weekly and monthly team briefings

11.   Weekly and monthly report to Unit Manager for IT Support review and monitoring progress

12.   Ensure and monitor SOP and workflow for each unit in IT Support (Network, Server, Dekstop & Monitoring 24hour)

13.   Review, advisory and approve all request related to IT and IT security

14.   Ensure reports from the Operations Division that related to daily operations has met the service level

15.   Coordinate and communicate with Operation Manager and Supervisor related to IT Support needs

16.   Bridging between IT Support operation needs and corporate business needs

17.   Motivating all ITS team member for all activities

18.   Proposed enhancement and or solution supporting the Head Dept. and Operation Div.

Requirement(s):

1.      Bachelor of Information Technology

2.      Experienced in IT Enterprise and Network Operation Center more than 5 years

3.      Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret monitoring alerts and notifications

4.      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams

5.      Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines

6.      Strong knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards

7.      Willing to be placed at Semarang
