Lowongan Finance Manager (Mandarin Speaker) di PT Idana Solusi Sejahtera

Responsibilities:

1. Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for consolidation purposes.
2. Prepare all requested reports by management.
3. Review supporting data and analysis.
4. Plan and manage the orderly and accurate collection and recording of customer payments.
5. Analyze cash expenses for Board of Directors and Corporate Finance presentations.
6. Manage and control payroll, insurance, and other internal payment activities with meticulous record-keeping.
7. Oversee and direct payment activities.
8. Meticulously manage the company's cash flow usage in a professional manner.
9. Review annual reports.
10. Manage and control various supplier billing activities with meticulous record-keeping.
11. Monitor and evaluate the performance of all subordinate departments and take proactive actions and improvements for continuous performance enhancement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in both Mandarin and English languages.
3. Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership role.
4. Strong understanding of financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis.
5. Excellent organizational and planning skills.
6. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
7. Ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams.
8. Ethical standards and commitment to financial accuracy.
9. Familiarity with financial software and systems.
