Job Description:
The Reseller Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our reseller partners. This role involves working closely with resellers to develop sales strategies, drive product awareness, and achieve revenue targets. The Reseller Manager will serve as the main point of contact between the company and its reseller network, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing reseller partners.
- Identify and recruit new resellers to expand the company's distribution network.
- Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to resellers to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Collaborate with resellers to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Set sales targets and monitor performance against goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Conduct product training sessions for reseller staff to ensure they have in-depth knowledge about the products or services they are selling.
- Provide regular updates on product features, benefits, and updates.
- Coordinate with resellers to manage orders, inventory levels, and product availability.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and shipments.
- Work closely with the marketing team to provide resellers with marketing materials, promotional offers, and sales tools.
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns at the reseller level.
- Monitor reseller performance and provide regular performance reports to management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Address and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise between the company and reseller partners.
- Act as a mediator to ensure smooth communication and resolution of problems.
- Ensure resellers comply with contractual agreements and company policies.
- Review and negotiate contracts with reseller partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in reseller or channel management minimum 3 years.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Good understanding of sales flow and digital sales strategy.
- Experience implementing reward programmes or events aimed at driving reseller performance.
