Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year working experience (including internships)
• Graduated S1/D3 Architecture/ Interior Design
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Autocad, Photoshop
• Proficient in 3d modeling software like Sketch-Up, Rhino, V-Ray, Revit
• Hardworking, Responsible, Motivated to learn,Good communication skills
• Great attention to detail

Job Specifications:

• Developing schematic design, design development and construction/working drawings
• Communicating ideas through 3d renderings and mood boards
• Project site / construction monitoring and coordination
• Coordinating with contractors, material vendors, and clients
• Project checklist upon completion
