1. Developing and implementing QA/QC procedures and policies for the company.
2. Create and control policies, standards, and other task that support proper of all Quality to achieve the specified standards and requirements.
3. Conducting regular internal & external audits to assess compliance with quality standards.
4. Ensuring that manufacturing & development processes adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
5. Collaborating with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and ingredients used in product manufacturing.
6. Managing product recall processes, if necessary, and implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrences.
7. Monitoring and analyzing customer feedback and complaints to identify areas for improvement.
8. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as production, R&D, and marketing, to drive quality improvements.
9. Training and educating employees on quality control processes and techniques.
10. Keeping up to date with industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
11. Managed the safety risk of quality process inspection.
12. Leads and control improvement and analyze opportunity of quality control process to deliver real time data, high accuracy data and effectiveness quality process.
13. To report to the Management on the performance of the quality management system and to ensure the effective operation of the quality management systems.

Requirement:

• Pharmacist (for supplement, tradicional medicines mandatory; personal care optional)
• Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within the personal care industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as FDA regulations, ISO certifications, and GMP guidelines.
• Excellent Knowledge in Quality Management System, Quality Control, Quality Inspection.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to critically evaluate products and processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as the role involves collaborating with various stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
• Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry trends and advancements in quality control practices.
