Deskripsi Pekerjaan


  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information via email.
  • Keeping up with the products and service information and updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a data base of current and potential customers.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales target together with Sales Team.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Liaise with Scientific & Regulatory Affairs (SCR) Division and Supply Chain Management (SCM) Division for any inquiries arise.
  • Provide support to salesperson for any request to customers.
  • Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other platforms of communication.
  • Track sales cycle progress on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure customer acquisition goals are met.
  • Support Sales for new opportunities and communicate with internal departments to achieve the target.
  • Perform other ad-hoc or responsibilities as assigned by superior / management from time to time.

Job Requirements:-

  • Candidate posses at least Diploma in Business Administration / Business Studies / Management / Economics / Marketing or equivalent.
  • Preferably to have at least 2 working experience in outbound call center or related sales position in foodservice industry.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills, positive and cooperative attitude, effective team working, proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Sense of responsibility, adaptability and able to work in fast-paced environment.
