We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Digital Marketing Supervisor to join our learning center. As the Digital Marketing Supervisor, you will be responsible for online market strategy planning, budget achievement, brand building, event planning, market research, and talent development. This is a key role that plays a crucial part in driving the growth and success of our learning center.

Responsibilities

• Online Market Strategy Planning and Budget Achievement: Develop and execute comprehensive online marketing strategies aligned with the organization's goals and requirements. Create detailed marketing plans including brand promotion, enrollment strategies, public relations, and promotional activities.
• Brand Building: Manage and maintain the online brand presence of the training school. Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation through various online platforms and channels.
• Event Planning: Plan and coordinate online events and activities to engage the target audience and promote the training school's offerings. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful event execution.
• Market Research: Conduct regular market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights. Utilize market intelligence to make informed decisions and develop competitive marketing strategies.
• Talent Development: Identify and develop marketing talents within the team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to enhance their skills and capabilities. Conduct performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in online marketing strategy planning and execution, preferably in the education or training industry.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving budget targets and effectively managing online marketing budgets.
• Proficiency in conducting market research, analyzing data, and translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive a diverse team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving success and achieving goals.
