Lowongan Manager of Service Heavy Equipment di PT Aktio Equipment Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Create planning for factory & workshop activities, machine maintaining schedules or Preventive Maintenance, worker schedules and budget maintenance schedules and quality of unit machines.
• If there are any quality of unit machines related issues, have to find out the reason and ensure that it is not repeated. Identify problem and troubleshooting for heavy equipment machine at factory & customer site
• Ensure that receiving and shipping or delivery schedules are followed accurately to customer site by follow up delivery unit from factory to customer site.
• Implementation K3 safety system at factory, see to it that the workers always work by the safety rules associated with the factory
• Conduct performance reviews and key performance indicator of employees at factory.
• Able to manage manpower demand of mechanic and operator at factory department and on customer site
• Controlling & documentation heavy equipment and parts as inventory, controlling usage of parts and material, summarize stock in and out parts and material at factory
• Controlling and documentation list of repairing type heavy equipment at factory, follow up repairing process of heavy equipment machines from beginning until completely repairing.
• Able to visit customer on site if there is any trouble machine heavy equipment anytime
• Issue repair quotation for heavy equipment from factory site to sales department.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor's degree with experience minimum 5 year(s) or above as Engineering / Technical for Construction/Heavy Equipment Machines minimum as Supervisor, specializing in Technical, Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering - or equivalent.
• Has wide knowledge about Heavy Equipment for Construction
• Applicant Age over than 30 Years Old, 
• Able to Drive and has Car & Motorbike Driving License
• Required language(s): Bahasa Inggris or Bahasa Jepang
• Required skill(s): Strong Negotiation, Communication, Strong Leadership
• Mature, analytical mind, result oriented, innovative and possess good interpersonal and leadership skill
• Computer literate and knowledge in MS Office.
