We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to manage the company’s supply of products and services. This position will be working closely with all internal and external stakeholders. Procurement Manager responsibilities include strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers. The Procurement Manager’s duty is to discover the best ways to cut procurement expenses, so that the company can invest in growth and people.

Job Description:

• Purchase company needs for Marketing & Operational Team in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets.
• Negotiate contracts, improve prices and terms of business with vendors and review opportunities to make business savings
• Act as an interface between vendors and other relevant departments on purchasing processes and new projects and activities
• Prepare reports and updates as and when required
• Work closely with others in the procurement function and review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvements
• Prepare and raise purchase orders and order schedules
• Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications
• Assess and evaluate suppliers and contribute to performance reviews to ensure contract compliance
• Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery or invoice issues
• Familiar with External Audit
• Familiar with QMS, ISO 9001:2015, API Q1

Job Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years' experience
• Able to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with staff, stakeholders and suppliers
• Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Analytical, numerically astute with strong demonstrated problem-solving abilities
• Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and achieve set targets
• Able to work well under pressure and handle fast-pace, emergency and changing situations
• Able to speak fluently in English
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willing to be placed in Cikupa, Tangerang.
