Job Description 

• Do market research for various products to support the company needs
• Customer development, communication and maintenance to ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement a business/ sales plan, Provide direction, monitor and review sales team performance by providing mentoring, coaching and developing them in order to maintain the productivity optimally. 
• Provide weekly and monthly performance report accurately and provide recommendation analysis in order to ensure the target are achieved.
• Assist the director when needed to ensure the business running well.

Requirements:

• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of local healthcare systems, regulations and potential impact on business.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as medical related sales manager
• Bachelor Degree, pharmacy major is preferred
• Strong problem-solving skills and sales skills
• Proficiency in English or Mandarin is a MUST
• Own a vehicle with a driving license is preferred
