MARKETING & BRANDING MANAGER

Job Description

• Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas

• Able to lead the branding & marketing campaign via a digital-first attitude to ensure the best positive customer engagement and business impact in the key digital platforms

• Lead the team in implementing and reviewing branding and marketing strategies across all channels, including digital advertising, online and offline platforms, traditional media and partnerships.

• Create content ideas and establish strong relationships with KOLs for the purpose of building brand awareness, and ensuring the brand message is consistent across all marketing channels

• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share

• Monitor and track competition (e.g.: pricing changes, new products/services, social activity)

• Monitor and analyze market trends and news to keep best-in-class performance in the market.

• Plan, tracked and report monthly, quarterly and annual A&P budgets for the marketing department

• Participate in quarterly and annual planning of company objectives

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business

• At least 5 years of work experience in a branding/marketing position, having worked in the healthcare industry would be an added advantage

• Solid experience in strategizing and executing successful marketing campaigns

• Solid knowledge of web analytics and across all social media platforms (eg: Google, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok)

• Experience liaising with third-party media agencies and traditional media (i.e.: radio, TV and newspaper)

• Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals

• Creative, displays a high level of enthusiasm, initiative and results/achievement-oriented

• Resourceful team player with good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all levels

• Strong leadership, aggressive with the ability to work under pressure

• Strong command in English – written and spoken – for copy editing and proofreading. Mandarin/ Cantonese language is an added advantage
