Mamagreen urgently needs a Showroom Assistant to join our team located in IDD PIK North Jakarta.

Qualification :

-Minimum D3 education

-Previous experience in customer service or furniture retail is preferred

-Good communication skills, honest, smart, neat, polite, friendly, responsible, and teamwork

-Proficiency in English

-Willing to work a shift schedule, including Saturdays/Sundays/national holidays (5 working days per week)General Job Description:

-Professionally assist guests/visitors in the store with their furniture needs.

-Provide product information and promptly answer guest/visitor questions

-Provide excellent after-sales service, handling customer complaints and concerns in a clear, courteous and friendly manner
