• Answering questions about company’s products or services
• Handling member to solve their problem
• Handling member by live chat, email, call, and face to face
• Work together with other department to solve member problems
• Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
• Analyze and listing FAQ
• Customer Satisfaction oriented

Requirements :

• Having minimum 1 year experience in related field
• Having good communication skill
• Good in English both oral & written
• Available to Join IMMEDIATELY
• Willing to work on shift (3 Shift - WFO)
• Willing to join the training session handle by company
