What You Will Do

• Achieve sales targets and profitability objectives.
• Convert opportunities from pipeline into sales.
• Understanding client needs, prepare and deliver a proper Demo/Meeting for solutioning.
• Follow up through the sales processes.
• Managing a healthy sales pipeline.

What You Will Bring to the Role:

• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and spirit.
• Has previous working experience as Business Development personnel, preferably in a SaaS company, IT System Integrator or similar field
• Has sufficient technical understanding of software implementation as well as basic technical knowledge and able to appreciate technical aspects of real-time communication technologies
• Experience in IT system integration and consulting (principal is a good plus)
• Willing to work in shifts
• Highly proactive and forthcoming in contributing ideas and suggestions to management
• Possess the ability to manage and coordinate between different entities/contact points while doing so remotely/physically where necessary
• Has an outgoing personality with strong presentation skills, both online and offline
• Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
